It was elaborated under the lead of the ‘Office stadtland’ (Univ.Prof. DI Sibylla Zech) with the intensive participation of the federal government, province and municipalities. Experts from various disciplines were invited to collaborate on many occasions and the general public on two – at the mission workshop in June 2015 and the action workshop in January 2016. Finally the plan was translated into English and lodged with the World Heritage Centre of UNESCO in Paris.
